
We are delighted to invite our AGMS Families to a special Family Yoga Night Out, hosted by our yoga teacher Shannon from Peace Warriors Yoga, on Thursday, May 21, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. This relaxed and welcoming evening is a wonderful opportunity for families to slow down together, breathe, and connect in a peaceful setting. Shannon will guide participants through an accessible, family-friendly yoga session designed to support calm, mindfulness, and connection, and we kindly invite all participating family members to bring along their favourite yoga mat so everyone can feel comfortable and fully enjoy the experience. No prior yoga experience is needed.
